Everything in one place
From a parent account you can see academic progress, attendance, homework, assignments, results, report cards, teacher feedback, the timetable, examination dates, invoices, payment history, announcements, messages and meeting bookings — for each linked child.
Graphs are plain on purpose. A falling mathematics line should be obvious. Absence on a Thursday should not wait for a termly meeting.
Teachers are reached through the portal messenger and scheduled meetings — not personal messaging apps.

Safeguarding for Parents
DVS operates a formal Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. Every member of staff is trained and every interaction is conducted through monitored, school-managed platforms.
Designated Safeguarding Lead
DVS has a named Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) who is the first point of contact for any welfare concern. Contact via safeguarding@danishvirtualschool.com.
No External Messaging Apps
Teachers do not contact students or parents via WhatsApp, personal email or social media. If you receive an unsolicited contact from someone claiming to be a DVS teacher, report it immediately.
Monitored Virtual Classrooms
All live classes are session-recorded. Academic coordinators conduct periodic classroom monitoring. Chat logs are reviewed weekly.
Background-Checked Staff
All DVS teachers and administrative staff complete criminal background checks and digital safeguarding certification before joining.
You are not alone
DVS hosts a private parent forum and monthly online Parent Information Sessions where school leadership answers questions directly. All enrolled families are automatically invited.
