What runs DVS online
DVS runs on a combination of enterprise video conferencing software, a custom school management portal and a learning management system. All three are integrated so that a student's timetable, attendance, homework submission, grade records and parent communication live in one place.
The platform is browser-based. No app installation is required on student or parent devices. The system runs on any modern device with a stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps.
Technology inside the live classroom
HD Video & Audio
High-definition video and clear audio with automatic noise suppression. Teacher camera is always active during instruction.
Interactive Whiteboard
Shared digital whiteboard with annotation tools. Students can be invited to write on the board during guided practice.
Raise Hand & Polling
Students raise a digital hand to ask questions. Teachers run live comprehension polls to check class understanding instantly.
Session Recording
Every class is recorded automatically. Recordings upload to the student portal within 2 hours of class end and are available indefinitely.
Attendance Logging
Attendance is captured at class start and end. Late arrivals and early departures are logged separately. All records sync to the parent portal instantly.
Monitored Chat
Classroom chat is moderated and logs are retained for safeguarding review. Private messages between students are not permitted during class.

We help you get set up
All new students receive a technology onboarding session within 48 hours of enrolment confirmation. Our technical team walks the student (and parent) through portal login, class joining, whiteboard tools and homework submission.
Ongoing technical issues are handled by our support team via the portal helpdesk during school hours (PKT). We aim to resolve all technical issues within 4 hours on school days.
